We are looking for an ambitious Internal Comms Account Director to support for 2.5 days per week for three months on our Givaudan client.
The person we are looking for needs to be able to act with independence while fitting seamlessly with the current team and be hungry to take on new challenges. They will need to have experience with change management, ideally the Prosci ADKAR model, and how to develop and execute creative internal communications strategy that activates against this model.
At this level, the ability to combine strong analysis, strategic thinking and planning, with powerful creativity is a must.
