We are looking for an ambitious Internal Comms Account Director to add to our growing team. The individual would work on several exciting briefs coming our way and support existing accounts including our Givaudan client.
The person we are looking for needs to be able to act with independence while fitting seamlessly with the current team and be hungry to take on new challenges.
They will need to have experience with change management, ideally the Prosci ADKAR model, and how to develop and execute creative internal communications strategy that activates against this model.
We’re looking for an individual who is intellectually curious, a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership and driving things forward, whilst being part of a great collaborative team. At this level, the ability to combine strong analysis, strategic thinking and planning, with powerful creativity is a must.
CVs will show experience of line management, supervising and coaching junior team members, as well as having a sound grasp on commercials and budgets.
