Following the UK launch of B Corporation, salt is one of the first companies in the UK to be awarded the status.

There are over 1,200 Certified B Corporations from more than 120 industries in nearly 50 countries with one unifying goal – to redefine success in business.

“We often talk to our clients about doing well by doing good, and earning our certification as a B Corp is a way of showing our own commitment to that philosophy. We’ve worked hard to try and do business the right way and we’re excited to join the B Corp global network in striving to improve business practices and impact,” says salt co-founder Andy Last.

B Corps are important because they inspire all businesses to compete not only to be the best in the world, but to be the best for the world. To achieve certification, companies must meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. The performance standards are comprehensive and transparent and are designed to measure the company’s impact on all of its stakeholders (clients, employees, suppliers, community, and the environment).

salt believes that business can be a force for good and is excited to become part of the B Corp community #BtheChange
