lost hours walk: help us support calm

‘When it hurts we talk. When the clocks go back we walk.’

This Saturday 26th October we are are putting our fitness to the test in support of the suicide prevention movement CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). A group of salties will be walking up to 20 miles in the Lost Hours Walk which will take them from Greenwich, past Big Ben and back again – starting at midnight. The Lost Hours Walk was created for everyone who has lost someone to suicide and for everyone who cares about the thousands of lives lost every year.
